Svetlana Rao

Svet started her career as a technical person in core Telecom Domain after her graduation in Engineering in Electronics and Communications. After a brief stint in Wipro Technologies as a telecom developer she went on to join Alcatel to lead an R & D team. She has been with the company since 2007, where she participated in various activities related to research, product development and management. After her corporate spell she went on to be a Partner in boutique investment firm, Ishta Capital essentially catering to restructuring of large family-owned businesses. Her management experience encompasses exposure to process management & re-engineering, vertical mergers & account acquisitions, tailor-made business & investment solution, strategic planning and execution. Being a legal person and empannelled arbitrator her experience also encompasses litigation management and dispute resolution.
